After cooking it for several hours, we were ready to eat!

Once the meat was stewing, we added tomatoes, celery leaves, carrots, peppers and potatoes.

And added a bottle of red wine.
Then we added the beef and paprikas
Having not done this before, this was all an experiment. At first we cooked bacon and onions in the pot.
